Stuggling To verify idenity and cant accept card payments.

Hello, I'm very new to square and currently trying to get things up and running. I've tried to verify my identity but have been unsuccessful, due to this Square wont let me accept card payments. Dose anyone know why this is and what I need to do to change this? What exactly do or do I need to speak to someone.
 
With verification, I've typed in the correct information and details but still got denied, then got a messgae to say wasnt accept to take card payments. I've had am look at the articles but no luck so fare. If anyone has any tips or suggestions please let me know.

This is a very complicated thing, though it may not seem to be.  Depending on where you are, Square compares your info against official government data, credit data, or other sources used to verify identity.  It is required to match so that they can offer credit card processing and is part of a program established after 9/a11, at least here in the US, to try and curb fake ant processing.ccoAs fr why it fails many times, it is using a previous address if you moved in, say, the last year, or entering Bob instead of Robert, or a hyphenated name.  Square only gets back pass fail matching info and doesn't know why it failes which is frustrating, I'm sure.
