We have switched over to the Square Terminal and send payment via PC at checkout. It was automating the rewards program at checkout and it's not anymore. I've gone through help articles and settings and can't seem to find the fix for this. I'd love to get some feedback and advice on this please.

Just to make sure we’re on the same page, you’re using a Square Terminal with the Point of Sale app, correct? What do you mean send payment via PC?
