For over a month the customer display in our register hasn’t worked. Customer service has been contacted, troubleshooting done, case number created but I have not been able to get a solution from the engineers.
Our customers are not able to see items as we scan them or type their card pin number as the customer’s screen is black. Very frustrating to deal with this company

I can see on my end that our team sent a replacement for your Customer Display. Are you still experiencing this problem with the replacement unit?
Yes, same issue with the new display. Which makes me think it is a problem with the actual register… engineers cannot find the source of the problem and haven’t offered to replace the entire unit. Meanwhile I am no able to process any payment when customer needs to enter their pin number.
In that case, I recommend following our Warranty or Exchange process here. The system will determine if you qualify for a complete Square Register replacement and guide you through the process of getting it replaced.
