I am totally new to using a Square Reader (2nd Generation).
I am currently waiting for my bank verification to go through - is there any way to speed that up at all?
I have set up a mobile & an iPad to use, but the Reader will not connect to them - they detect the Reader, but they won't connect.
I have checked that both the mobile & iPad are compatible.
I have also tried connecting to the Reader from a laptop, but that doesn't work either.
Could someone please clarify if maybe bluetooth connection to the Reader is not available until my bank verification goes through?
