I got an email asking to relink to my bank account. It looks suspicious. Is it real? The email address sent from is [email protected]. Did you send this? Why did you use an email address that is not part of my Square account? Advise please.
Yeah that is not from Square. You can double check your bank connections in your Square Account Dashboard to be sure. You can also forward that email to [email protected] as well.

When I try to forward the scam email to [email protected] , I get a bounce back "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender"

Could you please give it another try and see if it goes through? It could potentially be a one-off.

As @Minion says, this email is not from Square. I would advise to not click on anything associated with it. The only emails we send are from Square approved emails addresses. From taking a quick look at your account, I do not see any pending requests for linking a bank account.
