The new “schedule” orders feature is awesome …but it doesn’t really work.
when we complete the order at the register, it sends a ticket to the kitchen - the order ends up in orders marked “new” - I think it should follow our in house printing guidelines. Should not print after taking payment.
also, when we mark scheduled order ready - it doesn’t text the customer - even though we create a customer and input their phone number.
when a person walks up and wants us to take an order instead of them ordering online, this solution is perfect. would love for it to work.
Any ideas?

This is more of a glitch and sounds like it isn't functioning as intended.
Typically, we'd get such a request over to our Ideate Board as a feature request but this seems to be the way it should be working.
