I am in the process of opening up a shop that sells detergents.

the customers will bring their own bottles, and then fill them with the detergent of their choice.

Can I use 2 printers with the square register?

I need one that is a sticky label (to put on the bottle, and another receipt that the customer can keep for their records.

Connecting more than one printer to your Square Register is definitely possible. You'd just have to create two printer stations via these steps and choose compatible printers which you check out here.
