Sales Reports - Settings & Incorrect Data

We have two Square registers and up until this week one register was showing the correct sales information for the entire day and one was not. Now both registers are showing incorrect sales data. Here are a few issues with the report that we are seeing... Anyone else having the same problem or have received a resolution from Square?

 

*Both registers are set to "All Day" but only show numbers up to that point in the day and not the full day in the "Same Day Previous Week" section.

 

*When changing from "Gross" to "Net" the "Same Day Previous Week" number does not change - only the "Today" changes.

 

*When looking back at a previous day using the "Customize Report" function the "Same Day Previous Week" is way off from the correct sales data.
