Today we did a refund, however it is showing in a separate transfer and not included in our daily sales report (refunds showing as 0.00). Does anyone know why this is? Im in Australia and it was a refund to a mastercard.

Was it for a recent transaction that you perhaps didn't get the transfer for yet? If so check the original. We find sometimes that the refund comes off the original day, rather than the current day.

How you are charged for refunds and how this information is displayed on your Square Transfers depends on your current transfer schedule.
