Just wondering why I got charged 6.7% for a transfer to my bank account. I received a deposit online for $250 and square transferred $233.17 to my account. Any help would be great. Thanks
Thanks for getting in touch with this question and welcome to our Seller Community! I'd be happy to shed some light here. It sounds like you processed an Afterpay transaction. Afterpay's fee is 6% + 30¢ (excluding GST) per Afterpay order. Learn more about Afterpay fees here.
When you visit the Transactions tab in your dashboard, or app, you'll be able to see a small icon next to each transaction, e.g Visa, Mastercard or Afterpay. When you click into the transaction, this will be displayed there too @Laylowbar.
