Number window is too big to type it out on POs

hi

on Square POS the number window popped up to big and won’t be zoom in 

cannot type number 1 4 7 0.  Already pw off and on upgrade iPad operating upgrade setting zoom off. Delete pos app and download again…. But not working. Still same trouble . This iPad is brand new bought and has been for 4ths.  Cannot return this iPad for refund.

how to fix this trouble?

Hi @sunlee,

 

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with your iPad, this definitely looks odd! While I don't have an iPad to replicate this issue on, it looks like Apple have a guide for something similar here. Please let us know if these steps worked, and if you're seeing your keyboard zoomed in like this in any other apps.

no no,   on email on iPad,  the keyboard pop up window working perfect as photo

I've downloaded another POS app for retail, green one.  it has same trouble with number window pop up on green POS retail one as well.

Just too big number window on Square POS app only!

updated Square stand POS app, still bloody same big number pop up window. 

Ive emailed this to support team of square, no reply yet. 

Can I return this ipad and request refund?

Thank you for giving this a try, @sunlee. Can you try the following settings on your iPad next:

 

Go to Settings > Accessibility, then select Display & Text Size. Tap Larger Text for larger font options. Drag the slider to select the font size you want. 

 

I'd also recommend reaching out to Apple Support directly, as they may be able to take a closer look as well.

It's a Square app design issue, not an apple issue. Please can the Square team address this very basic issue.
