Location Active but not Visible

I am seeing an issue where a Location has been reactivated, and has permissions set to be viewed by all system admins, but it is only visible in Locations List when logged in as Account Owner. Help!

To clarify, are you referring to your Square Account subscriptions or your customer subscriptions? It’s a bit unclear from the screenshot you’ve shared.

Additionally, just to confirm:

1. Are all other access levels/staff able to see the location as expected, except for the account owner?

2. Are you viewing this solely through the app on a device? If so, have you noticed if the issue persists across multiple devices?

I had this issue and was able to figure out the bug. If you subscribe to features such as Square Appointments Premium, new locations must also be enabled. If the new location is not enabled in the add-on, the location will not appear for staff accounts aside from the owner account (even if all permissions are set).
