Last conversation with square

Hi - I worked with Derek out of Arizona yesterday. He was suppose to send me an email with a recap. I never received it. Is there a way to get a hold of my last conversation with square and all the details from it?

I would say maybe give it until the end of the day! I don't know if there is a way to pick up where you left off without some sort of customer code. Square is great about follow up so I'd give it just a little longer.
