I have an RCA tablet im trying to connect my wireless reader too and it keeps failing

It knows its present but says failed even tho the website says RCA tablets are compatible

Hey @AliceScythe - Do you have the RCA Voyager ll 7" specifically? This is the only RCA device that has been tested with Square products. Any other model has not yet been tested and so we are unable to guarantee compatibility.

If that is the model you have, I recommend giving the troubleshooting steps a try to see if that helps. If those don't work for you, get in touch with our CS team who can advise on further troubleshooting or next steps.
