My Saturdays transactions don't show up on my square reader but I can see them on my dashboard. Offline payments were off.
Hi @Balijane,
Welcome to the Seller Community! I see this is your first time writing in - glad to have you here! ๐
Before we dive in, I just want to make sure Iโm understanding your issue correctly. It sounds like youโre seeing your payments in the transaction history on your Square Dashboard online, but not in the Transactions tab on your app. Is that right?
If so, this often happens when Sellers have multiple locations set up on their Square account. You might have processed payments under one location in the app but are currently logged into another location, which is why you're seeing the payments in the Dashboard but not in the app.
To check or switch locations in your Square Point of Sale app, open the app, select 'More,' and scroll to the bottom. Youโll see an option to sign out or 'Switch location.'
If youโve set up multiple locations but only want to use one, you can manage them in your online Square Dashboard by going to Settings > Account & Settings > Business Information > Locations. You can deactivate any additional locations you donโt needโthis wonโt affect your reporting history.
For more on managing multiple locations, check out our online guide.
I hope this helps, but if you run into anything else, feel free to reach out!

Thank you so much for replying..I rang square in the end and they told me the same, I didn't realise. Also when it comes to end of year and I have to print out activity statement for tax returns, will I have to go to both locations and print separately?
That's great to hear, @Balijane! ๐
Good question! The answer is 'no'โyou can generate an annual sales summary for all locations directly from your online Square Dashboard. I'll include the online guide with a summary of your Dashboard reports here for easy reference.
