I need to add more than seven favorite pages.

I have just moved over from light speed as the plan costs over $300 per month. When setting up the app, I have found limitation that you can only have seven favorite pages. Is there a workaround to this other than adding a category as a tile? It is just it will be more confusing for my team if there is a different interface. Although if you can have seven more than seven favorite pages? Then I can have one page per category.

Thanks for reaching out with your question!

Currently, you can create up to 7 pages on your Square Point of Sale app, with 25 items per page, allowing you to save a total of 175 items across all available pages if you're saving one item per grid tile.

However, you're correct that to maximise the number of items, you can save Categories to your grid tiles instead. This way, all the nested items within a category will appear in a new window when the tile is selected.

Right now the app doesn't support the ability to add additional Favourites pages, and it's not something that is currently on our development roadmap. I noticed that you added your voice to an existing thread where we're tracking feedback for this request. If anything changes in the future based on the feedback we receive from Sellers, we'll be sure to announce it via the Seller Community. 🙂
