Our favorites disappeared today! Now it's asking me to create a new "grid". I did that and it worked fine, but as soon as I navigate to a different page, for example "reports" or any other page for that matter, when I return to the Checkout page where the "favorites" should be, they are gone!

That was happening to me on Square Register. I don't have the device in front of me right now, but from what I remember, I had to delete the 'favorite' category I was trying to add, and recreate it. Not the actual item, just the category. Then it worked fine.
