DoorDash orders not printing

Hey all! I recently added one of our restaurants to DoorDash via Square. We have DD at the other site, & it works fine. For some reason, I can't get DD orders to print in the kitchen. Any ideas?

do you accept online orders at this location already? If you do, it’s really odd that you’re not seeing DD orders since those act just like any other online order.

 

If you don’t accept online orders at this location already, you’ll need to set up the printer profile to accept them.

On your device: More -> Settings -> Hardware -> Printers -> Profiles. Look for the one that’s linked to your kitchen printer and edit it. Update the settings in the Online & Kiosk order tickets.

A word of warning here: this profile should only be linked to one device: if you use the online capable profile on multiple devices you run the risk of duplicate order tickets.

 

If you do have online printing enabled, there may be an issue with the DD items and categories. Double check your categories that print for online in the same spot I mentioned above. Also check that the DD items are linked to the correct categories as well.
