Does anyone use a hot spot with the terminal

can anyone tell me which is the best portable hot spot to use for the terminal while at craft shows?

Hey @Dlw21849. Square Terminal (in fact, all Square POS) will work with any WiFi hot spot. The issue for determining which is “best” depends on your situation at the show. Obviously, you’ll want to pick a hotspot solution that has coverage where the show is, hopefully has very strong coverage. It could be that your existing phone plan’s hot spot solution works for you. But, in order to determine that you’ll have to test it out.

Did you ever figure what hotspot is best for you? I'm looking to do the same and I'm a bit befuddled!

@SuJ What is befuddling you? As I mentioned above, Square Terminal works with any hotspot. The trick is to find the hotspot solution that works in the places you will be. If you can explain the issue(s) you are having, I might be able to help. But I wouldn't recommend going with anyone else's hotspot recommendation because it might not work well in your location(s).
