Hi,
We have Square Restaurant Plus. Over the last couple of weeks a couple of our tills are experiencing issues:
- Tickets going to the kitchen are taking around 30 seconds to print and then a further 30 seconds for each copy, causing all sorts of issues in peak service.
- The cash drawers are also taking similar time to open after cash sales.
Our other two tills do not have these issues.
We have done trouble shooting including:
- Removed all printer profles and added back
- Changed connection from wifi to ethernet and back to wife for tills
- Changed ports for the ethernet for the printers
- Reset printers
- internet is fine and all other devices working fine.
Any suggestions are most welcome.
