As of this morning we have been having big issues with most contactless payments on our Square Register. Apple / Android Pay or tapping credit cards. We get hit with the "Present One Card" payment error and no amount of re-tapping or re-trying can resolve it. We simply can't take contactless payments from most customers at the moment on the register.
It's not every card, but it's about 80% of them.
Thankfully, the handheld Square device is working 100% perfect so we're using that for contactless payments at the moment.
Is Square aware of this issue and are they working on it? I don't see anything on issquareup.com.
