Can’t see all team transactions

I have three associates with three separate devices. I would like to be able to see all of the transactions in one grouping for the evening of sale.  Is there a setting I’m missing?

Hi @BASNY.  Most likely, it’s as simple as this.  From your online dashboard:

 

  • Go to Staff & Payroll > Team > Team Permissions.
  • Edit the permission set.
  • In the Transactions section, toggle ON the setting “View all completed sales transactions for all team members.”
  • Save this and you should be good to go!
