These integrations are owned by Pinterest & Google, so any queries will need to go to them directly unless some other sellers here can hopefully share some tips.
I had a look through Pinterest support pages and if your designer has already set up your products, then the next step would be to create shopping campaigns
There are also some tips here on how to best manage your shop and products.
You should be able to find similar resources for Google, I hope this helps!
