Trouble redeeming rewards

So when I finish my Sale and go to the redeem rewards button, I enter the code and it pops up on my final payment screen but in red it says item not availble. How do I make the system accept it for the amount off? I'm paying for the marketing service and have asked for help with this a number of times with nothing. Please advise.

And now I just sat on hold after explaining my issue to someone and got disconnected.  Need revised asap. Have a campaign out!
