I go back and forth on when to promote our Summer specials. Pretty sure we've done it a little different every year we've been open, but I'm trying to get everything more consistent.
We're in a smaller-ish community so last year I tried to line it up with when the school district let all the kids out and the teachers had off, but mid-May is still so rainy here that nobody wanted iced drinks yet.
Do you start promoting Summer products the first of June? Or on the solstice?
