This is not food related, but what I think is interesting in our industry is Virtual/AI Models. Photos are a time consuming necessity in the clothing industry and finding or paying for someone to model can be expensive especially with children's clothing. That's why we don't have that many photos of kids on our website. Now with Virtual/AI Models we can have a model in any of our outfits. The output is good, the only problem right now is the industry is focusing on adult AI models and not kids, so we are working to get that changed, hopefully it will be soon. It would be hard to sell a boys infant romper with an adult model. 🙂 see photo below.
