I'm going to tag in @vinesandrushes, a member of our Super Seller program that runs a winery and (if I remember correctly and am not completely making this up, which is possible) more recently, a hydroponic lettuce growing set up?

The latter sounds like it might tie in nicely with your urban vibe!
