Cottage Oven is a cottage-food operation (home baking) in the Daytona Beach, Florida area. I began selling December of 2015 and am still growing.
My baked goods range from Scottish Shortbread to Bakewell Tarts to Finnish Cardamom Bread. In addition, I make and sell Coffee Jelly and Guanábana Jam.
I sell at two area farmers markets and, with the recent changes to Florida's cottage-food laws, am now able to ship within the state of Florida.
When I first started to use Square, it was just to accept credit cards, but soon discovered how useful it is for recording cash sales, as well, for the reports that are available.
