Thereโs a lot of debate right now about whatโs real in advertising. But letโs be honestโfood marketing has always had a few tricks up its sleeve. When did you last order a burger that looked exactly like the commercial?
๐ธ From using shaving cream for whipped cream to coloring mashed potatoes to stand in for ice cream, advertisers have been staging โthe perfect shotโ for decades.
But hereโs the exciting part: AI is finally leveling the playing field for small businesses like ours. What once took big budgets and ad agencies, we can now create with the click of a button.
So Iโm asking, How are YOU using AI to market your business and boost sales? Whether itโs creating images, automating emails, generating videos, or improving social postsโIโd love to see it!
Share your wins, tools, or even your experiments below. Your ideas might just inspire someone else in the community to take the leap.
Iโll go first in the commentsโฆ

Omg, those look delicious!
I've not been using AI like this, but I might have to try it out.
I like the pictures more than the videos. That coconut with eyes is creeping me out.
Every time I drink a coconut smoothie, was it made from a once living coconut? How many coconuts had to die ๐ฅ๐
I was using AI for my social media copy but I've pulled back on that. I like using AI as a tool. It definitely helps.
I just don't want to lose the human aspect. And the copy I was generating was way too obviously not written by me.
There's a balance, I just have to find it.
