I used to manage what displayed on my lobby Kiosk by going:
Select > Devices > Kiosk > Select Items & Categories.
From there, I could choose exactly which items and categories to show. Even hidden items/categories stayed hidden, and I could hide out-of-stock items by setting the stock filter >0.
Since the latest software update, these controls are completely broken:
-All categories and items now display on the Kiosk, including hidden ones
-My changes don’t stick — I can configure the settings as before, but they don’t take effect.
-When I return to the settings screen, everything has reverted to “visible.”
I’ve opened a support ticket, but no response since Friday.
Has anyone else seen this, and found a workaround?
P.S. I do like the new Kiosk look — the running cart display for customers as they add items is a nice touch.
