Two issues: 1. At the end of the night we close a drawer. Some days it's fine, random days it will say that the drawer was never closed and it might show transactions for a week, which changes the cash amounts so my staff has no idea how much money should actually be in the drawer.
2. Sometimes while opening the report to close a drawer, it will suddenly say, 'drawer closed remotely' and closes the drawer without any information being entered.
Is anyone else having these issues?
Had something like this happen a couple weeks ago. Thought it was an employee but after investigating it couldn't have been.
