Square Team App - Notes on Employees

Would like to see the ability to be able to enter notes for employee...E.g. I would like to place a note next to a timecard if a casual employee clocks off early due to illness so that this is recorded. 
Notes on Employees for other reasons like warnings etc could also be extremely helpful so that it is all streamlined in one place.

I really like this idea. Having employee notes built directly into Team Management would keep everything in one place instead of relying on separate documents or memory.

Beyond timecard notes for things like leaving early due to illness, I could also see this being useful for documenting coaching conversations, accommodations, attendance patterns, training milestones, certifications, and other important employment notes. Having those tied to the employee profile with appropriate permissions would make recordkeeping much more organized.

I hope the product team considers this. It seems like a feature that could benefit businesses of all sizes while helping managers keep accurate documentation without leaving the Square ecosystem.

Kudos for submitting the feedback! I can definitely see the value in a feature like this.
