I would like to edit the shipping boxes I created, but I can't seem to access them. I followed the prompts in the square support article called Set Up Custom Shipping Boxes, then followed: Settings > Account & Settings > Fulfillment methods > Shipment. This brought me to the Shipment page, but there are no options to create, edit, or delete boxes. I can see the sections Create Labels, Shipping Locations, and my Shipping Rate Profiles, but not the three boxes I created.
Do I need to set up Shippo before I can edit anything? It seems strange to me that I could create boxes while editing my items, but now I cannot edit those boxes. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Problem resolved!
To access the Shipping boxes tab for editing, deleting, etc. I needed to link my Square business to Shippo. Once having done that(Link a method of payment as well), I can now access my shipping box profiles that I had previously created.
Even so, I plan on using your suggestion, Pirate Ship, because it looks like the perfect option for me.
@ewetopiahill Welcome to the community. I know the support page states you can edit the shipping boxes, but you can’t. The only way to do it is to create a new shipping template. Go to the path you listed above, then tap on the Shipping Boxes, then Add Box Template and create a new shipping box. I know it sounds crazy that we can’t edit the boxes we already have.
I don’t know if you’ve ever used Pirate Ship, but you can connect Square to Pirate Ship and you can edit your boxes through them and even make temporary changes on the fly while shipping. To connect Pirate Ship log input Pirate Ship and select Settings/Integrations/Connect New Source and select Square.

Glad you got it straightened out. I like PirateShip because first of all there are no monthly fees and the rates are as good as anyone else.
plus you just open PirateShip and click on Square and it already has all your orders synced. The shipping interface on Square is a little redundant. PirateShip has a great shipping interface.
