Self-serve ordering offers a contactless dine-in experience that’s quick and easy to use. Instead of browsing a paper menu and placing orders with a staff member, customers use their mobile phones to scan a QR code at their table. As restrictions broaden in most areas for in-person ordering and dining, we’ve enabled self-serve ordering so that everything is processed online, so there’s no need to handle credit cards or checks.
With the launch of self-serve ordering, we were not able to support open tickets for ordering, until now. We’d love for your to test our new self-serve option. We’re looking for sellers actively using Self-Serve dining, or willing to set this up, to work in tandem with open tickets.

Hi @kellyj I'm to test this in with this once lockdown is finished. The only caveat is if TAX RULES will be able to be applied to self serve ordering. Without this I am afraid I wouldn't be able to use it

Count me in Kelly cant wait to get started. Also quick ? on QR codes. I set that up and when you scan it and go to the online site it brings you into shop all instead of the main feature items at my location. Did I set something up incorrectly?
