Restrict Discount on Items

I'd like to see a feature update to allow us to restrict discounts for certain items. For example, bottle deposits. We have to charge for them by law bu they are not to ever have discounts to on them.

That's an interesting one. Are your discounts all handled manually by staff? And how often are they applying them incorrectly to bottle deposits?
