I ask team members to upload certain documents to their Team member profile (under Team/Team member). They tell me they've done so and I cannot see any of the new documents uploaded. I've logged in/out and everything on my end. Nothing fixes it until I upload ANOTHER document.
Once I upload another document, the Documents tab will actually refresh and all of a sudden it will show all uploaded documents.
It's an annoying glitch that requires me to upload an unnecessary document for the documents list to refresh. It causes issues because I can't see uploaded documents and am wasting time following up on them, even though the team member has already uploaded it.
There is also no notification when a team member has uploaded a document.
It's a glitch that needs attention. It's happened multiple times with different team members, so it isn't an isolated incident.
TLDR: Team uploads documents and new documents aren't visible to me until I upload another document.
