I need to brag on the Square Support Team for their help this past weekend (4th of July weekend). I would have never survived without it. My printers weren't sending tickets to the kitchen. I was checking the printer profiles and making sure everything was set correctly. Everything would print 100% and then 10 minutes later, nothing... I had a customer display not working on a Square Register. We were covered up in business and knew the busy part of our day was still to come. I had done absolutely everything possible with help from the Square AI support desk. I realized that if I didn't get some serious help soon, we were screwed for the evening. I found an amazing person up for a good chat. They finally asked permission to delve into my dashboard which I was beyond happy to give the ok. They poked around and went to settings > device management > printer profiles and helped me to make some corrections. I had always gone in to settings > hardware > printers > profiles to make changes. GAME CHANGER for my system. We moved on to have a huge night without any printer issues. Just when you think you know everything about your system - you don't. My HUGE apologies that I didn't get their name as I would love to give them the shout out!
