Is there a place where managers can input critical data for each day, such as weather events?

Weather events, local festivals, busted city pipes, etc.., can affect business in a positive or negative way.  Is there a place to input such data for each day.  I would like that; therefore my managers can detail the day and the same date next year it will help with projections.

This is so smart.  Until square addresses this issue, I would recommend you doing the analysis yourself.  I would begin my downloading the sales data for that particular event, be it weather, festival, holiday etc.  Then either developing a tool or hiring a company that can conduct the pattern analysis for you.  I am currently using Manus Ai to develop tools for my restaurant franchises.  It is going very well and I am addressing a lot of GAPS that Square POS does not have configured for my type of business.  Good luck.

Some of what you're asking for can be achieved with Managerbot "Square AI" it may still be running in beta and not sure it's widely available yet. I have been running some reports for weekends in March 2025 sales with weather data included. This helps with forecasting for scheduling etc.

This is a long running feature request but not directly available yet.  Like Roger says above, this is something that will be available in some form using ManagerBot, but that's still in early beta.
