Google Workspace in Managerbot

We have some exciting news - we’re kicking off work to integrate Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) with Managerbot

I’d love to hear from you all on the following:

• Do you use Google Workspace today?
• What do you use it for?
• If we built this integration how would you envisioning using it (e.g. automatically importing invoices into Managerbot so your inventory is updated)?

No worries at all! If you're using Gmail or Google Sheets (collectively called "Google Workspace") we're planning on building an integration with Managerbot so you can easily read data from your email and bring it into Square.

For example "Search gmail for last week's invoice and update my item catalog".

A lot of my reporting in Square starts with exporting CSV files from Square and uploading them into Google Workspace. 

If there was a tighter bond where I could connect my export directly to my Google Sheets and update it from Google Workspace or change the dates, that would be really cool. That way my transformations in Google Sheets would be live and flexibly show data in my charts and reports.

I have created several Custom Reports in the legacy interface. Each shows a different type of product that I then turn into a dashboard. The reports break down products into sub-categories like Bourbon, Rye Whiskey, Red Wine, White Wine, Rosé. I have to do this every month and it is a drag. 

I also use Apps Script in Google Sheets now to show my current inventory and sales rate in a Google Sheet so I can specify how many items I need to reorder from my warehouse. Native integration would keep this a live feed.

Please stop inserting mandatory AI into workflows. If you are going to do this, please give us the ability to turn it off. Some of us do not want to use AI.
