I love seeing all the new feature releases in the feature log https://squareup.com/us/en/feature-log, the problem is, I don't see those features on my account. They are definitely applicable to me. I have the Square Premium subscription and use the square for restaurants. A couple examples of the new features I'd love to play around with are
1. Calculate tips on full amount before Cash Reward redemption
2. Display item variations as tappable tiles on POS
3. Variation preselection setting for faster order entry
I can't find any settings for those features as described in the description in the feature log. I've worked with support and they tell me my hardware is out of date which would prevent me from having all these new features but I know that is not true as I have all brand new iPads and handhelds as of January this year.
Any thoughts on how to "activate" those features or what am I missing?
