Current behavior: When form has Yes/No question on mobile (and desktop web) first tap/click does nothing, and users are required to tap/click 2 times to actually select.
Expected behavior: It should only need 1 tap/click to select Yes/No question
Additional feedback for better Accessibility: Selected Yes/No should also show checkmark to clearly indicate what option was selected and not only slight shade change.
