delivery area definition, requesting custom draw/polygon map tool

We do 90% of our sales using our own delivery team (no couriers, doordash, etc). Our location isn't centrally located near a major city. That being said square only offers Radius or Zip Code to define delivery areas. We have been using a radius tool but to extend the radius to encompass a new area, means we have to extend it into mostly cow pastures on the flip side. Similar issue using zip code tool. The custom map, route, "polygon" feature is available on just about every other platform that we have shopped in the past and present. Would be a game changer for us. PLEASE ADD THIS!

I definitely second having more options to customize the delivery options.

I'm in a major city and if I go by a mile radius it doesn't account for how long it would actually take to deliver an order because it uses a straight line.... When there is a river near us, which makes anything on the other side of the river a 30-45 minute drive while DC is the same distance but would only be 15-20 minutes.

I joined the "community" b/c I've been requesting this for at least 2 years and a recent helpful phone customer service guy told me this might help. Very hard to believe that as big as Square is, that me and one other biz (currently) are the only ones that might find it extremely useful. Leads me to believe that feature request go into a comments box that nobody reads.

Sorry to be difficult, but it's frustrating that I've seen at least 6 other ordering platforms that do this and that these request are a popularity contest, vs it just being a "No brainer".

Again, asking for a polygon tool to define delivery area. Radius doesn't work for outskirts of suburbia, or anyone near bodies of water...national parks....etc. This is about the 8th time I've made this request, just keep getting the same bottled response.

I would like this feature as well, we are in a rural area and the zip codes are enormous. Radius wont work for me either.
