We need more options and flexibility for managing inventory

We have been using Square for Retail for about two years. One of the things that we used to have in our old system and that I really miss is the ability to remove inventory for more reasons, such as for in-house use. We've been selecting "Loss" when the real reason is in-house use, and then we have to remember that when we look at the report. This isn't ideal, of course, and -- most importantly -- when we make a mistake and take something out using "Loss" and then need to put it back, Square doesn't let us use a negative number as "Loss," so we have to return the items using a different code. So then the report is no longer accurate, because the original cost under Loss hasn't been offset. 

 

Please give us the ability to create our own reasons, the ability to make positive or negative numbers when adjusting, or an "In-house" use reason that allows for both positive and negative numbers.
