State Required Fees

We live in a state where we are required to charge a "Retail Delivery Fee" that is collected on any goods that are delivered by a vehicle (be it from the company itself or shipped using a 3rd party carrier).  We are also required to have this as a separate line item on the receipt and usually shows up after the tax lines on the receipt.  

I am sure there are other states that are using fees instead of "taxes".  These are mandated like a sales tax, but are not considered a tax.  It would be great if the Sales Tax area in Square could also allow for us to set-up state mandated fees so that we can be in compliance with state laws or if Square could provide more support by making sure their system complies with any state law.  

We are trying to find ways to be in compliance, but are coming across challenges, since we can't adhere directly to the law.  More information can be found online by searching Colorado Retail Delivery Fee.
