Square Appointments via Squareup.com : Past Appointments List View

Feature Request for Square Appointments via website (Squareup.com, not iOS app):

When you use the iOS app, you can have a List view of all past transactions:

The website (Squareup.com) does not, for some reason...

I would like to have a List view of all past transactions via the web.

(Just to be clear, there is a List view on the web of "Upcoming" appointments, but for some reason we are not allowed to view a List of "Past" appointments)

This would help us greatly in reviewing and managing our appointments and transactions, and allow us to use AI programs to generate the reports we need

If you are just looking for all the previously completed transactions in the Square Dashboard go to Payments & invoices > Transactions to see a list of completed transactions. You can specify a time frame just like you can with sales and other reports.

For a list of all appointments go to Appointments > Settings > History

This list can also be exported to a spreadsheet with a lot more details.

@DragonMassage  Thanks.

Transactions shows payment, but it has not information about the Appointment Date/Time. And if a different person pays from who received the service, it's very difficult to attribute the sale.

Appointments History Export does not have information about paid/unpaid, tip, receipt number.

Appointments has information about the appointment, but not all the information about the transaction (specifically Receipt Number).

Square API does not provide a linkage between Appointment ID and Transaction ID, so I cannot reliably generate a report using Claude + Square API.

I am not sure what exactly you are attempting to do. The exported transaction and item files have a Payment ID listed which the first 4-5 characters match to the receipt numbers. You can also see a Details field that has a direct URL link to the payment receipt. While there is no specific identifier to link the appointment to the transaction, based on the timing of the transactions, when the appointment was scheduled for, and the customer it should not be that difficulty to figure it out. It took me a short amount of time manually looking at the reports to validate every appointment for a single day with each transaction. I would imagine AI could do it way faster. Again, not sure what exactly you are trying to accomplish with the data.
