Select Multiple items to be marked as "Sold Out" at one time or sell out a whole category

I would like to suggest being able to checkmark multiple items to be marked as sold out at one time or the ability to mark a whole category as "sold out" and be able to choose a time to mark for sale again. (Similar to how DoorDash has their menus options set up where each category can be marked as "unavailable for the day" and it automatically resets at the close of business.) or being able to list a category as sold out.

The new update that was added to the desktop where there is the available or out of stock drop down with the reset option is great but, for employees who only have access to the POS system it is very difficult to have to go into each item one by one by one and go down to "manage stock" - "Mark as sold out at this location" - "Choose a time to mark for sale again" - "Specify a time and date". It would be much easier if there is a way to highlight all of the items that need to be marked as sold out or go to Filter by category and mark the whole category as sold out for the day.

To give insight to our operation:

We are a donut and pizza shop. So, we have all of our flavors/ pizza sizes online but, we reset our stock daily. So when we get low on certain flavors/ sizes, we have to go in to each item individually and mark them sold out. On a slow day this isn't a issue but on the busy weekends or rushes the only way to do this is to either pause all online ordering (which turns off the whole website), go online and turn off ordering (which turns off ALL of the websites attached to that square account *for some reason*), or go in each item one by one by one and manage stock and doing this for 30+ items is extremely time consuming.

Requested Resolution:

-Being able to go onto the POS system and go to "menu" - "items" - "categories" - select the category - click the 3 dots on the top right and add a "mark as sold out" Or "Mark as unavailable" and then have the specify a time to mark for sale again.

or

-Go into the POS system (or desktop) and go to "Menu" - "Items" - hold to highlight/Check multiple items and then "mark as sold out" - then have the specify a time to mark for sale again.

Even just being able to use the action button to bulk mark things as sold out would be amazing.  We are a cafe, and have deli salads that are included in many separate items.  If we run out of one, I would love to be able to search the name of that deli salad, highlight all, and mark them all as sold out in one go.  Going one by one is SO TEDIOUS!!!  Please please please update this.
