Restore Combined Tip + Signature Page Option for those who have lost that functionality

Many square users have lost the ability (and the setting) to have the tip screen combined with the signature page.  This has been documented in numerous community threads, as well as on Reddit.  To read WHY this is such a big deal, and why it's causing us to leave a LOT of money on the table in lost tips, please read the following threads:

We made this change a couple of months ago because we found that on some smaller Android phones having the tip screen combined with the signature screen was cutting off the text when held in landscape mode. This is less of an issue on phones with larger screens (e.g. your Pixel 5), but on smaller screens customers were unable to perform any action on a combined screen. 

We're working on redesigning these screens, but in the meantime we'll re-enable this option. You should now see the setting to disable "separate tipping screen". Just keep in mind if you have a smaller Android device it might cause issues.
