I’ve wanted to switch over to Square Appointments for a long time now but keep waiting for them to offer packages (the ability to automatically deduct sessions from a purchased package). Even my current outdated scheduling company offers this - please Square, make this happen soon, I know so many other businesses would use this feature and it’s been a request since 2016 on past threads. Thank you!

I currently use Vagaro, which is pretty great, and check every once in awhile to see if Square has added this feature. I’m a Pilates teacher offering mostly private lessons and some group classes. For both offers, I sell packages of sessions at a discount compared to purchasing one session at a time. This is a super common model. Adding a feature that tracks purchase & redemption of packages would make Square a very appealing option. Until then - the extra admin work required for me to use it is not worth the switch.

This has been a LOOOONG time request and it doesn’t seem like Square is going to offer this feature. 😞 this would be a great feature for the service industry because it boosts return clients.

Thanks @Submatic just booked a product demo- we need all of this- but inside of square pos so that my staff doesn’t have to learn two software programs- this sounds perfect for our memberships and packages!

If square isn’t planning on doing packages, at least allow us to add credit to customer accounts…..so they prepay for several services up front and they have credit that is used towards services. Just something to we can track prepaid services easier

@Ssclmt you have the option of using a gift card for this though that will not be tied to the redemption of a specific product or service.

I was told this feature was supposed to be ready mid February we’re now in March. Need this for my personal training studio
