It confuses patients to include the extra buffer time between sessions in their session duration!

Can you PLEASE stop showing my patients the total duration of the session that includes the extra buffer time that I have set up between sessions. They come in thinking that they booked a session for 30 minutes longer than they did. Or they know that they booked a 90- minute session, but their confirmations go out showing 2 hours. This is getting old!!!
