Invoice one client for multiple service locations

When you have a client that has multiple service locations there is not a good way to hanle it. So when you select a client in the drop down it would be nice to see all their associated locations underneath a parent company. When adding a client there needs to be a way to add an additional location, specifiy if a location is for billing and or is parent location. 

Client Name 

If a client has multiple locations:

« Parent Location (Billing Office)
